Real reform of real estate
The Union Cabinet has approved several changes in the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Bill, which seeks to set up a regulator for the country's most controversy-ridden sector. The Bill was introduced in Parliament in 2013 by the Manmohan Singh-led government.
