Store Capital CEO Chris Volk Sees Growth in Real Estate Sale-Leasebacks

NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- Shares of real-estate focused Store Capital  went public in November at $18.50 per share. Just a few short months later, the stock is trading at $21.50, up over 16%.
